I've never really been big into group fitness classes but wow have they swayed me. The work out experience: Amazing, I was sweating and in a good way. The exercises were fun and well directed and the instructor moved around the room to make sure everyone was completing movements correctly. It's not all about go fast then go home but more about the slow burn and loading and I LOVE that (plus it reduces risks of injuries). I love that post work out muscle soreness and I haven't felt it in a life time.

What is a STRONG class?

STRONG sessions are Pilates inspired, and cardio infused!

Classes include strong controlled movements with bursts of fast movement. Not only are you ticking off your weight training for the day - you can tick off that cardio too.

Or attend our Pilates Only classes, with no cardio bursts, this carefully curated 45 minute class challenges the entire body using the principles of classic reformer Pilates.

How is a STRONG class on the Rowformer different to Pilates?

Our Rowformer is the first machine to combine resistance training with cardio HIIT training.

Our classes combine strong controlled movements (slow twitch muscle fibre activation that helps build endurance) and bursts of fast movement (fast twitch fibre activation that promotes speed and power). Add cardio HIIT training with rowing and you have a unique, challenging way to workout.

For a new kind of strong. Plus, with little to no impact on your joints, it’s one of the safest and most efficient ways to train.

What is a Rowformer?

Our Rowformer is the first machine to combine resistance training with cardio HIIT training. Row or ride, what will you choose?

Is it suitable for beginners?

Every damn time! Whilst every workout will give your whole body a balanced workout, some workouts will focus on big, whole-body movements and other workouts will focus on different, individual body parts throughout the class equalling a full body burn.
